Our in-house sourdough loaves are crafted with 100% French whole wheat flour, undergoing an overnight proofing and extensive fermentation process. From its enticing flavours and invigorating aromas to its distinctive textures, our sourdough boasts a naturally leavened profile, resulting in a delightful tangy taste and a pleasantly chewy texture.
